How It Works

Via email or a web form on your website, customers rate your product or service on a scale of one to five stars with five being the highest.

Customers who have selected four or five stars are redirected to a custom “thank you” page that includes a prominent button linking to a social media channel (or channels) of your choice. For example, a restaurant may choose to have its button link to Yelp. Satisfied customers can quickly and easily share how much they like you while you’re fresh on their mind.

Customers who have selected a rating lower than four stars are directed to a different custom page requesting additional feedback. After a customer completes this form, an email is sent to your customer service team so that it can assess a customer’s comments and address any concerns before they mushroom. Disaster averted.

You have an arsenal of reviews waiting to help you improve your brand. Use them. Try Five Star General today.
